Release and production

GMK PACKAGE is a group buy. Orders are collected first, and the set is manufactured once the run reaches the quantity it needs. Production and delivery dates are announced when they are confirmed with the manufacturer; until then, any date you see is an estimate.

Kits, pricing and deposit

Dispatch, the base kit, is $???. Postmark, the extension kit, is $??. Freight, the spacebars kit, is $??. Any combination of the three can be ordered, and all prices are in U.S. dollars.

Joining the group buy takes a $20 deposit, the same amount whether you order one kit or all three. The deposit reserves your place in the run and goes towards the price of your order; it is not an extra charge.

The remaining balance, along with shipping and any applicable tax, is paid later, before the set ships. We will email you when the balance is due, and from that email you have 7 days to pay it, by card, on your Order Status page. Payments are processed by Tilopay, and we never see or store your card details. If the balance is not paid within those 7 days, your place in the run may be released and the deposit is not refunded.

The deposit is non-refundable. The one exception is if the group buy does not go ahead: if the run fails to reach the quantity it needs, or production is cancelled, every deposit and payment is refunded in full.

What can still change

Group buy production depends on final specifications, the manufacturer's acceptance and scheduling. Colors, legends, packaging and timing can shift between now and the finished set. Anything that changes materially will be communicated to everyone who ordered.

Returns and cancellations

Because this is a group buy, sets are manufactured specifically for the orders placed. All sales are therefore final: returns, exchanges and cancellations for a change of mind cannot be accepted, deposits are not refunded if you change your mind, and an order cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

This does not leave you without recourse. If your set arrives with a manufacturing defect, or your package is lost or damaged on the way, contact us with your order number and photographs and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Transit loss and damage are covered by the insurance included with every order — how claims work is set out under Shipping insurance.

If the run does not reach the quantity it needs, or production is cancelled, every deposit and payment is refunded in full.
